Network With Other Operators
The GoBundance Multifamily Summit is a targeted 3-day event designed to help you learn the strategies, tactics, and tools that will make you a better multifamily operator.
The agenda will consist of expert speakers, engaging panel discussions, breakout workshops, and plenty of networking opportunities. Our goal is to bring you the best of GoBundance coupled with the best of an industry-focused event.
In order to maximize the learning and networking opportunities, this event will be limited to 100 members.
Who should attend?
This event is open to all current members of the GoBundance Men’s or Women’s tribes, with limited tickets available for guests. While anyone with an interest in multifamily is welcome to attend, the content will be curated specifically to multifamily owner-operators and general partners.

- Lunch at Pike’s Place Market on Tuesday
- Airfare
- Lodging
- Ground Transportation
- Anything not specifically listed above.
What is the Operator Party?
We’re still finalizing the details, but you can expect a First Class Evening consisting of:
Amazing Northwest Cuisine, a fully hosted Bar, Live Entertainment, and plenty of opportunity to hang out and connect with the other members and our amazing speakers. The party will be onsite or immediately adjacent to the hotel. (No transportation will be necessary)
What is a “Member-Led Event”?
A member-led event is just like any other GoBundance event except that all planning and coordination is handled by a member rather than the GoBundance staff. GoBundance retains a small percentage of the ticket price to offset their administrative costs and 100% of the remaining ticket proceeds go directly to delivering a high-quality event.
The GoBundance member hosting the event doesn’t make any profit from the event. This event is being hosted by Daniel Casey, Champion Member since 2018.
Who do I contact for more information?
For more information please reach out to Daniel Casey on his mobile at (253) 297-2750 or email him at Daniel@BlackRockNW.com.
Are spouses welcome at this event?
While you are certainly welcome to bring your spouse to enjoy the fantastic hotel and explore the City of Seattle, please note that the seminars, meals, and activities during this event are exclusively reserved for ticketed members.
Is this event open to non-members?
Yes, there are a limited number of tickets available to non-members. This could be a great opportunity to introduce a non-member to the power of the tribe.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes. The Edgewater Hotel has made our discounted group rate available for 2 days before and after the event. This is a great rate for a spectacular hotel. If you want to spend some more time in Seattle, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
Are there any optional activities?
There are not currently any optional activities planned. We will however reach out closer to the event to facilitate connections for members who plan to arrive Saturday or Sunday and want to meet for Dinner or other Activities. Please contact Daniel Casey if you have specific questions.
